Next Steps

Congratulations on making it here! We know that can be a bigger step than many people realize.

To begin the enrollment process, please fill out our Intake Form.  Refer to Program Details for group fee information. Should you have any additional questions, please call Wendy Kelman, RN, our intake coordinator, at (820) 444-0588. 

Once you’ve submitted the Intake Form, Wendy will contact you within 1-2 business days.

During that call she will:

• Gather information about your experience
• Answer questions pertaining to the group
• Assess whether the group is a good fit for you – most of the time, it is.
• Locate the next available opening that works best for your schedule. If there is none, you will be placed on a waitlist. As soon as one becomes available, we will notify you.

Once you have been placed in a group, you will receive a follow-up email with your group’s details including start date and time. A payment link will also be provided.
