Introduction
As time passes, it may be difficult to find people who are willing to talk about your loss or who understand what you’re still going through, making this a lonely and challenging experience. It doesn’t have to be that way.
There are resources available to help support you through this difficult time. One such resource is our support group, A Healing Circle, which can provide a safe and understanding space to share your feelings and connect with others who have experienced similar losses.
While it may be difficult to take that first step to join our support group, it’s important to remember you don’t have to face your grief alone. With the support of others who truly understand your pain — including our compassionate nurse intake coordinator, Wendy Kelman, RN, and our experienced licensed psychotherapist, Diane Ross-Glazer, Ph.D., LMFT — you can begin to heal and gently step back into life.
